  • heat the oil in a 26cm flameproof ovenproof skillet over medium high heat add the onion cook stirring occasionally for 2 minutes or until the onion has softened add the bell pepper and the ham cook stirring for 3 minutes or until bell pepper is tender stir in 2 tablespoons of pasta sauce
